Yesterday we became homeowners once again! We closed on our new home, but will not be able to move in until June 2nd. The previous owners have school age children and they wanted them to finish the school year before moving across the country to sunny San Diego. We have been so blessed to find the perfect home for us. We fell in love with the house the minute we walked in. The previous owners had done a great job upgrading the kitchen and master bath. Rene and I will not have to sink in any additional money for repairs or upgrades (well, expect for painting). What a great blessing! We are very happy about our purchase, but do not feel like homeowners yet, since we are living with my in-laws until June. The best thing is that our new home is in a great location close to our dear friends the Plunneckes and near other friends from church! We can't wait to move in! Yeah your getting closer to us! Now all I have to do get T to move down there.
