Update

The past couple of weeks have been crazy around here. I've been dealing with morning sickness, or shall we call it "all day" sickness. To add to that, all three of us came down with a cold last week and we are just starting to get over it. Izzy had it pretty bad, she couldn't breath comfortably at night and was up for several days in a row. Hopefully we will be getting better and the nice weather will bring no more colds!!!

Almost two weeks ago we took Izzy to the doctors for her 18 month check up. We were amazed to hear that she weighs 24 pounds and is in the 95 percentile for height!!! She has gotten the height for her dad! Izzy is now very aware of the doctor's office. Whenever the nurse or doctor would come in, she would automatically say "bye, bye" to them and wanted them to leave. Thankfully, her doctor is so kind and gentle that by the end of the appointment, Izzy was happily trying to get her attention. Izzy is growing so fast and is able to do so many things, she amazes us every day!

The shelf that she is sitting on is about a foot up from the floor. She had to climb two stacks of soda packs to get herself comfortable!

Let's just say that we did NOT have stuffed shells for dinner!

I love to see them read together. Izzy is just amazed whenever her daddy reads to her!
