We got to visit a couple of the local beaches. I loved how the beaches were so accessible, you just drive up to one of them and park at the side of the road and camp out! We went to a beach called Orange Hill. It was pretty rocky, but the water was still clear and warm. When we got there we noticed that not so far away, someone was setting up for a wedding. It was Tuesday morning and I'm thinking someone is getting married on a Tuesday?! Apparently it is pretty normal thing in the Bahamas. There is a wedding almost every day of the week. We got to see some pretty cool sea creatures too. We saw and captured a star fish, several hermit crabs and a couple of snails. The kids were sad when we told them we couldn't keep them and that when we left we needed to put them back. We spent the day at the beach until about 3pm when Holly came by and picked us up. That night we went to the Smith's house and had the kids play while Holly and her husband went to a meeting. It was like old time seeing the kids play!
Says: "The Najarro's were here!"

I just love his smile!
