First Day in Germany

One week in Frankfurt, Germany for buisness, sounded like a good idea, especially since I had never been. This trip is really starting with a bang. I arrived an hour ahead of schedule, passport check went okay, but was met with a little comtempt for being the American. I quickly made my way to baggage claim, only to find that my bag was missing. It wasn't even in the system! The guy helping was really nice however. The taxi ride was pretty nice only took 15 minutes and cost 41 Euros ($51 or there abouts)! It was in a Benz however, so I guess that was nice, although all the cabs seem to be a Benz of one type or another. Never knew a Benz could come with vinyl. Finally I arrived at the hotel and at least they had my reservation. But I can't get into my room until 3:00 PM, an hour before I start working. One week in Frankfurt, Germany for buisness, sounded like a great idea! Hopefully, the week gets better.

A quick shout out to Izzy and my darling wife. I love you and I miss you already.
