Thanksgiving Playdate and Homework

Today we had our regular Tuesday playdate. The kiddos did two Thanksgiving crafts and did really good! The first craft was a "handy" turkey decorated with different color beans. The second craft was an edible craft (the best kind of crafts-edible ones!).










For the past two weeks or so, Izzy has been asking to do her homework. What she means by that is that she has been carrying around (I mean mommy has been carrying around) a notepad, calculator, pencils and various books. Some of the books include a HUGE physics book, a nuclear energy, a poetry book, a book on Civil Rights movement and her favorite, the Bible! Well rounded reading materials! She pretends to read them and do her homework by scribbling on her notepad. We have a scholar in our hands:)
