Updates

Today Ricky is two months old! We can't believe how fast time is going. It seems like he has been with us forever. He had his two month old check up and we were amazed to hear his stats. He weighs 12 pounds 7 ounces and measures 23 inches long. Ricky has been blessed with great health and is a great baby! Last night he slept six hours! He is now starting to coo, smile and laugh. It's so cute to hear him "talk."

Izzy is keeping us on our toes. She cracks us up with her new antics. Lately, she has been saying "yeah, sure" whenever we ask her to do something. The other night we found her asleep in the crib, with Ricky IN it. Unfortunately, I didn't get a picture of the two of them sharing the crib, it was such a cute sight. I hope she did not hurt him while climbing in! Izzy has also taking a liking to our Christmas tree. She has been extremely well behaved with it. She has not broken any ornaments, she just keeps the tree on ALL day long. Whenever she sees the tree she says "oh, crismans!" Apparently, she has also been watching too much football with her daddy because she now likes to stand at one end of the basement and says "ready, set, go!" and runs towards whoever is sitting down and tackles them down! She also cheers for the Redskins and says "touchdown" whenever she sees football on T.V. We are looking forward to how she will react this year when we bring out the presents!

Here is my attempt at taking some holiday photos.
Ricky looks like he is scared of what's coming next!

For the most part, this is what Izzy did while I tried to take pictures. She likes to take Ricky's pacifier in and out of his mouth.

This is when she had enough! NO MORE PICTURES PLEASE!!!

Last week I baked some peanut butter kisses cookies for a cookie exchange and had some left over. Izzy asked to have one and I agreed. Well, it looks like she had a little bit more than just "one" cookie. She ended up eating all of the chocolate kisses off of the cookies! She was wired for the rest of the day!
