Update

Hey folks, sorry it's been a while since I last posted. It's been kind of busy here lately. Rene and I have been working on painting Izzy's room, I can't wait until its done. This week we are tackling adding chair rail to her room along with a wall paper border (wish us luck). We also got our sitting room painted, it looks really good now, we're also in the midst of painting a TV stand.

Yesterday, Izzy and I attended the Gaithersburg Labor Day Parade. Boy, did that bring back memories from when I was in high school. Izzy seemed to have fun looking at all the craziness, o at least it seems like she had fun.

Rene is off from work this week and we have a couple of things planned out for this week. Tomorrow we are heading off to the Zoo! On Friday we are going to watch some planes fly. Izzy loves to watch the planes go by, so we thought it would be neat to take her to see some planes at the Airpark.

In a week, Izzy turns 1!!!! We will be celebrating her birthday with both of our families. I'll post some pictures soon!
