Pizza Dinner

A few weeks ago we had our friends Bill and Christina Spooner over for dinner. Originally we were going to grill some kabobs, but the weather called for some rain:( Rene came up with the idea of making some homemade pizza. At first I was a little apprehensive since I had never made pizza dough before. I searched online at my favorite online recipe place www.allrecipe.com for pizza dough recipes and got a good one. I tried it out the night before Bill and Christina came over and it turned out pretty good. I wanted to add a little more to the pizza, so I decided that we each were going to make our own personalized pizza. We had a blast making our pizzas! Here are the results, take our word for it, they were YUMMY!!!

And for dessert, I made chocolate raspberry mousse, delish! Thanks Spooners for coming over and sharing such a wondering experience!
