Dutch Wonderland is an amusement park for little kids. Most of the rides are made for the little ones to go either with a parent or if they are tall enough, by themselves. Rene, the kiddos and I went with Izzy and her cousins Angela, Natalia and grandma. The two little ones had a great time! Izzy wanted to go on all the rides, no mater how big or scary they looked.

This is the Frog Hopper. It goes up and then comes down with a hopping motion. Izzy went on SEVERAL times. At one point a girl (a little older than Izzy) looks at her and says, "this might be a little too scary for you," to which Izzy just laughed!
The Turtle Whirl was a ride that Rene and I did NOT enjoy. It goes around and then quickly twists you around really fast. Most of the parents coming out of this ride did not want to go on it again! Izzy however, wanted to ride it over and over again!
Yesterday, we (the kids and I) went on a day trip to Greenbrier State Park which is about 45 minutes from our house. At first I was a little worried since I would be traveling with the kids to a place that has water! But to my surprise, the lake was shallow enough for Izzy to enjoy and not want to go in deep! She had a good time "swimming," trying to catch fish, and using a buggie board that Talia had brought. Ricky had a great time crawling on the sand and he even took a nap in the stroller! We will definetly go back to the lake before the season is over, but this time we will bring daddy:)
