A New Addition To the Najarro Family Has Arrived

Earlier today, at 2:21 PM, my daring wife gave birth to our son, Ricardo Guillermo Najarro (a.k.a Ricky or as Izzy likes to call him "my 'lil brader"). Mama and baby are doing fine, Ricky's fever went down shortly before they were both moved to the recovery room. The delivery went very well. We arrived at the hospital at 7:00 AM, by then Irma was 5 cm dilated and contractions were 3 minutes apart. After a full bag of IV fluids, the anesthesiologist came in and gave Irma the epidural. At 2:05 PM Irma started pushing and after 6 sets of pushes, Ricky came into the world. The little guy weighed 7 lbs. 7 oz. and was 19.75 inches long (not 19.25 as previously reported by sources close to the family). Below are a few pictures of Ricky. As people start to visit over the next couple of days we will post more pictures. We also want to thank all of you for your prays, calls, and e-mails. We are truly blessed to have each and everyone of you in our lives.
