Meet you!

Yesterday while trying to get Izzy used to the idea of having a baby in the house I had the pleasure of experiencing a fun and adorable moment. I had a baby doll with me and I was teaching Izzy how to be gentle and not hurt the baby. Well, she got tired of me holding the doll and took it from me and began to gently pat the doll on the back and kept saying "entle, entle." Next she grabs the doll's hand and says "hi, are you?" (hi, how are you) and "meet you" (nice to meet you). I was enjoying the moment so much that I didn't noticed when she grabbed my hand and started shaking my hand and greeting me. Izzy is such a character!

One more Izzy story. Izzy LOVES being in the pool, no matter how deep the water is. I have to be really watchful of her since she figured out how to open the gate at the baby pool and as attempted to escape many times already. Well yesterday, she was pretending to "swim" in the big kid pool. She just stood there and made movements with her hands, almost like the breast stroke combined with free style. Who knows, maybe we have a future Olympian in our hands!
